Favorite Locations

There are two locally called "Thundi" in Vaadhoo at both end of the island located in north and south. Basically in "Hulhangu" and "Iruvae" Season, the shape and size of the Thundi changes with current. Usualy the south Thundi is the longest and the beautiful beach area of Vaadhoo.This is one of the favorite spot for picnic and site seen. The naighbour islands residents comes to beutifull spot.




Surrounding

Vaadhoo is located near a large reef which is a good fishing area as well as a rich diving spot. The two tiny reefs located near vaadhoo at south is also a famous diving spot and a well known fishing area which is called 'Kuda haa' and 'Boduhaa'.
